The Highest Quality Nursing Care and Assistance
Whether extensive nursing services like intravenous, tracheotomy, or enteral feeding care are required, or whether assistance with dressing, bathing, toileting, or taking medications is needed, the highly trained, caring staff at Gwynedd Square provides the very highest quality skilled nursing care. As part of our dedication to caring for persons with Alzheimer's disease, all of our staff from housekeeping and kitchen staff to the nursing staff, receive special Alzheimer's care training. Our staff learns how to relate to someone with Alzheimer's, how to approach them, how to talk to them, how to get their attention, how to redirect them, how to guide them without causing agitation and how to respond to a highly agitated confused person. Our outstanding staff and the high quality of care that we provide has earned Gwynedd Square its reputation as one of the finest nursing residences in the Delaware Valley.
A state of the art physical design and therapeutic program of care, a gentle touch, a warm hug, kind voices and words of reassurance -- these are what make the Alzheimer's Special Care Program at Gwynedd Square Nursing Center one of the leading programs of its kind.
